Again and again! Ms. Haberkamp welcomed me as a new client without an appointment, though of course there was a short wait. Even though other vets had given me incorrect diagnoses for a whole month, she was able to help my dog ​​quickly and refer me to a specialist for further treatment. Thank you so much! 🙏🏼

For over ten years, we were clients and patients (budgies) of Dr. H. During this time, we experienced her as a knowledgeable and friendly veterinarian when it came to pet birds. Most of the time, we could see her without an appointment. Then she moved her practice—one can only assume for financial reasons—to its current location, "Lackmanns Hof," a one-way street in a purely residential area. There are exactly two parking spaces. That alone raises suspicions when you know the previous location. Upon entering the "practice," if you can call the small premises that, we were "informed" (Dr. H. called from an adjoining room and then sent her assistant in front) that Dr. H. "didn't have time," was understaffed, didn't know anything about birds (there was no assistant who could hold the bird), and that we should find someone who did. Any pet owner can imagine the horror of this treatment, all the more so after several years of experience. If you relocate your practice to an inconvenient location (for clients and patients) and then apparently restrict your treatment options, it would be wise to announce this on your website. Unfortunately, this has not been done.

No journey is too far. If I ever need medical care for a pet again, I'll go back to Dr. Haverkamp. She is competent and empathetic. Just like her team. Not everyone can handle empathy, as some reviews indicate. If a veterinarian was banned from the practice, it was for good reason. My dog, a fearful dog, had complete trust in the entire practice from the very first hour. That amazed and convinced me. A heartfelt thank you for everything. For the care you gave Ayla until her very last minute.
