Quick, friendly and very helpful. This is a great Tierarzt praxis that cares about you and your pet.
Great poeple
I'm shocked by this receptionist/doctor. I was there earlier with my cat as an emergency. First, they told me I should have called ahead. So I showed them my phone's call history. The receptionist was already being rude. They said the doctor was taking me as an exception. I didn't actually wait long. Three or four other patients were seen. Then I asked, "Excuse me, will I have to wait much longer?" The woman coldly told me, "Yes, we have appointments. If it doesn't suit you, then go to the animal hospital," and walked right past me. She was incredibly aggressive. I was shocked. Then she came back to her desk and said, "Why are you looking at me like that? Why don't you go to the animal hospital then?" I was speechless. I just said, "Why are you being so unfriendly? I'm just afraid my cat will lose his eye." And from inside, the doctor called out, "That woman can go, she should leave the practice." I was speechless, and I still am, writing this with trembling hands. Such an unprofessional practice. My pet kept its eye closed, and they didn't care. I really don't know what was going on. I didn't do anything wrong. Maybe it was because of my black hair. And when the vet personally escorted me to the door, she yelled, "Who's parked in front of my practice? Whose car is that?" It wasn't mine! 😅 It was like a nightmare. I love my regular vet, Dr. Kanti, who was closed this afternoon. This practice is really not normal. You don't talk to concerned customers/patients like that and send a sick animal home. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry for any typos, I'm really upset right now. It just happened, I still need to process it. Oh, and I just read that she's already kicked out a non-German patient. Allegedly for bad behavior! 😅 But your behavior is bad. We only want your help and kind, caring support. Your behavior is not normal. I was just a worried, sad cat mom; you shouldn't treat someone in that situation like that!
I visited Dr. Haverkamp for the first time today. My children recommended her, as our previous vet has unfortunately retired. From the very first moment, I knew Phoebe was in good hands! Finding a good vet isn't easy. The receptionist is also very friendly!
Always a friendly and welcoming team! Quick appointments! Excellent value for money compared to other veterinary practices in the area! I will continue to gladly visit Dr. Haverkamp! Parking could be better, but you can always find a spot nearby quickly.
