Super
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. From the very first moment, you realize that animals aren't just "patients" here, but family members. The entire team works incredibly professionally, calmly, and with a warmth that's rare to find these days. I was particularly impressed by the honest, easy-to-understand consultation without any time pressure. They really take the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer questions, and put the animal at ease. You don't feel rushed or abandoned – but rather taken seriously and in excellent hands. The expertise is also absolutely top-notch: quick, accurate diagnosis, empathetic approach, and clearly genuine experience. My pet felt surprisingly comfortable there, even though vet visits are usually stressful for me. That says it all. For me, by far one of the best veterinary practices anywhere. Competence, compassion, and passion at the highest level. Thank you so much for this exceptional care – you can tell that the people who work here truly love their profession. 🐾
The worst vet I've ever been to. He gave my dog a disastrous misdiagnosis. My dog was in pain when walking, lying down, and lying down. I took him to Mahdi's practice on a Saturday. He examined him and took a poor-quality X-ray with his ancient machine. Afterward, he told me my dog had advanced prostate cancer and would soon die. He still recommended I take him to a veterinary hospital. For this, he wrote a referral on which my address and name were misspelled. On Monday, I took the dog to a veterinary hospital and spoke with a competent team of veterinarians. My dog has a known hip condition that had suddenly worsened, which was causing the problems with walking and lying down. Blood tests and ultrasound, both the standard diagnostic tools for cancer (which Mahdi was unwilling or unable to use), were normal. There was no indication of cancer or any other diseases involving organs. ... What Mahdi identified as a "tumor mass" on his X-ray turned out, after consulting a competent veterinarian, to be a thigh muscle. My dog is now receiving short-term pain medication and long-term physiotherapy for the hip misalignment. I left him with almost €200 for an amateurish misdiagnosis, an unusable X-ray (not digital, not high-resolution enough), and generic pain medication. Furthermore, his incompetence forced me to spend a whole weekend grappling with the prospect of losing my dog. I'm giving one star because it seems impossible to give zero. I recommend going directly to a good veterinarian instead of going here.
We were there for the first time yesterday evening. We called at lunchtime and got an appointment for the evening. The receptionist was very nice on the phone. When we arrived, she was very friendly and we were seen quickly. Our Mila was apparently in a lot of pain with her tooth. The vet, who was also super friendly, examined her mouth very carefully. (We usually have to give our cat a sedative. He did it without one and managed.) He said he would put her under anesthesia and treat her teeth. He explained everything to us and told us the cost right away. So he operated immediately. He had two abscesses on her gums, which he opened, and cleaned her teeth. Our cat is like a different cat today. I won't have to worry about her being aggressive towards our other cat. Thank you so much. We'll gladly come again. The price/performance ratio was also excellent.
Dr. Mahdi is simply an outstanding veterinarian and highly recommended! After taking our Chihuahua, Klaus, to several different vets, Dr. Mahdi was the only one who immediately recognized that his teeth were severely inflamed. He acted quickly and extracted five teeth – finally helping our little Klaus. You can tell right away: he knows exactly what he's doing, acts competently, quickly, and with a wealth of experience. A huge compliment also goes to Ms. Kill, the receptionist – she's absolutely fantastic! So warm, attentive, and helpful. She addresses everything, takes her time, and makes sure you always feel well cared for. A great team, top-notch professionally and simply wonderful on a personal level. For us, there's no better veterinarian – Dr. Mahdi is absolutely recommended!
