Reviews
Hello, I have been a client of this practice with my animals (both furry and reptile) for over 20 years. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants their pet to be in good, expert hands. Unfortunately, we recently had to let our fighting spirit cross the rainbow bridge. It was a very painful step that we took together with Mr. Buck-Werner. He fought so hard for our cat. He helped him so much during his 13 years of life. He always helped me on the right path with so much knowledge, strength, and courage. From diabetes (where Mr. Buck-Werner taught me how to give injections) to bacterial infection of the skull bone... simply a very long and horrific list of diagnoses, with which he and Mrs. Werner always supported us. I always felt more than 100% cared for and understood. And that despite being a very extreme and critical person. Our cat was NEVER a number, but a respected soul. Every examination, as well as diagnosis and treatment, was discussed with us in detail and understandably. We adopted two little kittens, and it was immediately clear that he was the only vet we could consider. We are grateful that he will accompany us and our little girls through what we hope will be a long and healthy life. I know our little ones simply couldn't get better protection. Thank you so much!
I can absolutely recommend Mr. Slim as a veterinarian. He communicates openly and transparently and takes his patients' concerns seriously. My dog always received competent care, and I feel very well looked after.
I'm very satisfied. Many veterinarians before him failed to recognize that my cat has a heart condition. Only at this practice was I finally heard and taken seriously. Now my cat Heidi is receiving the proper treatment. Everyone is incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this practice ❤️.
After our move, we came across the Buck-Werner veterinary practice – and couldn't have made a better choice. Our 14-year-old Chihuahua was in the best hands there. Although she was very anxious, the entire team always took plenty of time and treated her with great calm and empathy. Even in urgent cases, we were always able to get an appointment at short notice. We especially appreciated the honest and balanced communication – they always carefully considered what was medically necessary and also what was reasonable for Amy. We were accompanied with great compassion during her final hours. We would like to thank the entire team from the bottom of our hearts for that. Amy truly couldn't have been in a better place – and neither could we.
My dog had severe symptoms of poisoning, and since there were hardly any vets available on Wednesday afternoons, I went to Mr. Slim's practice. Mr. Slim immediately provided excellent care for my dog, examined her, and answered all my questions. At the clinic, it turned out to be THC poisoning. Thank you so much for the quick and effective first aid! Nelly has recovered well and is healthy again :)
