Nice person is Clinic
Top
Where no vets dared to approach, hardly any had a clue, and we were at our wits' end, there was this wonderful clinic that saved our Alady's life. I know of no other clinic that was fairer than this one. Our mare Alady had MRSA and consequently, on her left hind leg, from the hoof upwards, she had lost a good 60cm of skin. The veterinarians around Dr. Marc Cronau gave their all and sought help and advice from other clinics. Alady spent a total of over seven months at the clinic. This was absolutely no problem for her; she was not only given the best possible care, but she was also looked after and addressed by name. She wasn't just a number or simply a horse, but Alady. Our heartfelt thanks and trust go to the entire team at Dr. Cronau's Equine Clinic. All the staff are so kind to the horses and do everything to ensure they lack nothing. The veterinarians speak frankly and don't hide or omit anything, even if you might not want to hear certain things, that's just how it has to be. Only through honesty and cooperation can we ultimately achieve anything. The telephone support and the ongoing updates on Alady's wound healing progress are also excellent. I also want to acknowledge the staff's resourcefulness and initiative. Thank you for everything, you were and are absolutely fantastic!
The staff are incredibly friendly. I'm always very satisfied with how my horse and I are treated.
