Reviews
Friendly and quick service
Top
Absolutely thrilled with the doctor, the staff, and the prices. Everyone is very friendly. The doctor is extremely competent, takes plenty of time for explanations, and provides thorough consultations. He made the seemingly impossible possible—you could almost say he's a magician!
We were very satisfied with the care we received. Although it's an appointment-only service, after a phone call, appointments were arranged for the same day – depending on the urgency and the staff's assessment – which we found very helpful. Mr. Schlömer is exceptionally friendly, and we were delighted by how sensitively he and the entire team treated our cat. We particularly appreciated the honest and transparent communication. We always received clear information – even when it wasn't easy to hear. Unfortunately, unpleasant details are often part of dealing with illness. That's why we found it so important that nothing was sugarcoated and no unnecessary or pointless treatments were suggested. It's good to have limits communicated openly and respectfully. Thank you for the trustworthy and competent care!
A veterinarian with heart and soul: On the recommendation of my friend, we took our elderly dog, who has several health issues, to Dr. Schlömer. I initially just wanted a second opinion from him, as my visit to our regular vet had left me dissatisfied. I don't want to go into detail about our old lady's health problems; I simply want to say that Dr. Schlömer really took his time, both before her surgery and during the follow-up care. This man simply knows what he's doing. He's an absolute expert who explains things clearly, advises, and ultimately convinces with his professional knowledge. He doesn't try to sell you unnecessary treatments or products and is completely fair and transparent regarding treatment costs. We now also take our second dog to him and his team, and we will continue to take our other dogs to him should the need ever arise, which I certainly hope won't be the case. This vet practices his profession with passion and care, and I can recommend him without reservation. I would entrust my animals to this man again and again, and that's simply a reassuring feeling. Thank you so much, Dr. Schlömer, to you, your wife, and the entire team. Warm regards from little Blaze
