After a long search for a vet and several disappointments, our four cats have been patients at Wirbelvet for some time now. We are very satisfied with Ms. Thiemann and the practice team. They handle the animals with empathy, and we feel well-informed about their explanations of any questions or findings. All procedures were clearly explained beforehand, including the expected costs. All treatments, surgeries, etc., were always transparent. We feel that our cats are in good hands, both professionally and personally.

All the staff are incredibly friendly. The practice is clean. Appointments can also be booked online. There are no long waiting times. Everything runs smoothly beforehand. The vet works quickly and carefully, explains everything thoroughly, and doesn't perform unnecessary examinations or treatments. I'm so glad I switched to this practice with my dog.

Zero stars, this is absolutely awful! Why is this practice listed as an emergency veterinary service when there's no one there?! We drove there with our cat, the poor thing already so stressed, only to find out the practice was actually closed?? Calling is useless too; the phone line isn't open. Is it really that hard to keep a website up to date? Our intention to help our pet only made things worse! Unbelievable, really.
