We take our dog there for chiropractic treatment. The veterinarian always observes the dog's gait beforehand and asks if anything seems amiss, etc. The team is very friendly and helpful. The veterinarian is competent, thorough, and friendly, and explains everything very well, in detail, and understandably. The waiting area is pleasantly designed, and a scale for the animals is available. The treatment rooms are clean and are cleaned/vacuumed before each animal. There is ample parking directly in front of the practice. All health data and appointments are readily available via the PetsXL app. Appointments are scheduled promptly. You can also check in yourself outside the practice and wait in a virtual waiting room until you are called. This always saves me and my dog ​​a lot of stress compared to having to sit in a waiting room with other dogs or small animals. Despite having an appointment, there are often waiting times; unfortunately, the practice is frequently behind schedule. The price/performance ratio is becoming somewhat unbalanced; the chiropractic treatment fee has been increased for the second time. We feel very well cared for here. What more could you want!

The quoted price for neutering two cats during the initial consultation did not match the actual cost after the surgery. It ended up being approximately €200 more. Even more serious was the fact that one cat developed complications, and the veterinarian refused to continue treatment without demanding further substantial upfront payment and, unsurprisingly, denied any responsibility. Legal action is being considered. Animal welfare is clearly not what is practiced here. For the sake of the animal, please avoid this veterinarian.
