Dr. Crone and Dr. Ruschel are both very experienced and patient. They listen to your concerns and answer in an honest and peaceful way. All the women working at the clinic are very professional and kind; which is a big plus considering our visits there can get stressful because my cat does not behave well. I have been going there with him for 2 years now, and this last half year almost weekly because my cat got very bad very fast and we thought we were losing him. They managed to stabilize him and right now he is happy and I am extremely grateful to them for allowing me to have this extra time with him ❤️

We came across this practice in an emergency. Our cat, Specki, is a bit of a special case. But the vets and the team take their time and really focus on my cat. I want to give them a huge compliment. That's not something you can take for granted these days. At my previous practice, they just gave him a quick look and guessed what might be wrong. Here, they do a proper examination. We feel understood and well cared for, and we'll continue going to this veterinary practice. ❤️
