My two cats had their neutering done here, and I'm so glad it went so well. I was really worried before the surgery, so I'm all the more pleased with how smoothly everything went. During previous appointments, the two veterinarians were also very friendly and kind, and genuinely concerned about the cats' well-being. The receptionists are also very nice, and they've always been very helpful over the phone whenever I've had a question. Furthermore, they've always been able to offer appointments at very short notice for urgent matters.
A truly wonderful practice! I've been taking my cat Oreo and my cat Lulu there for about two years. They are always very caring, even in acute emergencies. Making appointments by phone is always done in a friendly manner, even if it's sometimes difficult. I'm very satisfied.
