Today we visited several clinics, but they all responded rudely to us. No one would admit us, only saying "Termin." My cat had an eye infection and pulled out her stitches after surgery. The only doctor who saw us was Dr. Stefan. He was very kind and responsible, and did everything carefully and beautifully. He even gave us medication to take with us. I can only recommend him! In all my years living in Germany, he's the only doctor who treated my cat so well. He's a very kind and helpful doctor, especially if he's unfriendly, but he doesn't have an infection, and he's still saying "Termin." Our cat wants an appointment in the meantime and has to have the medications after the operation. Der einzige Arzt, der uns aufgenommen hat, war Stefan. Sehr freundlich, verantwortungsvoll, alles hat er sorgfältig und schön gemacht. Er hat uns Tabletten mitgegeben. Ich kann nur ihn empfehlen! In all meinen Jahren, die ich in Deutschland lebe, ist er der einzige Tierarzt, der sich so gut um mein Tier gekümmert hat.”

We brought our dog there. Even though we didn't have an appointment and it was more of an emergency, our dog was treated immediately. We thought that was very kind! After a week of medication, he's doing well again. Thank you again.

Yesterday, we had to say goodbye to our dog, a vibrant, good-natured, and ever-hungry friend. We are grateful for the unexpectedly long life we ​​were able to share with him. That this "life's work," with all its health challenges, was able to succeed is also thanks to the wonderful care provided by Dr. Schultheis. We could always rely on his expertise. With the help of his professional and, above all, gentle treatments, our dog's condition improved time and again to our complete satisfaction. Because Dr. Schultheis was so familiar with the patient's individual characteristics and with our own as owners (!), a sense of calm quickly set in, and a new, and above all, realistic hope could develop. We have come to greatly appreciate Dr. Schultheis's commitment to scheduling appointments as well as his immediate availability (by phone and in person) in emergencies over the years – right up until our dog's last breath. Now, an appointment slot has become available again. Based on our valuable experience, we can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Schultheis to all pet owners seeking a knowledgeable veterinarian with many years of experience who offers both a wide range of options and clearly defines the boundaries of his practice. 0 stars AMK! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. My cat had surgery there on Monday. Just a few days later, the stitches came undone, so I had to see another vet on Saturday. They diagnosed an infection, and another operation might even be necessary, as the treating vet said the wound wouldn't close on its own. I had already contacted the practice by phone the day before and was told everything was normal. My cat also had diarrhea and black stools a few weeks ago. Again, without any further examination, they said it was nothing to worry about. Overall, I felt I wasn't taken seriously and received inadequate advice. The way they spoke to me was also unsatisfactory. For these reasons, I will not be going back to this practice and cannot recommend it! Anyone who loves their pet should steer clear of this practice!!
