A heartfelt thank you for the compassionate and professional care of our dog Filou ❤️ A huge thank you to everyone! Keep up the great work for all furry friends 🐶🐈🐩🐒🐯
We can wholeheartedly recommend this practice! They saved our little 15-year-old Pekingese girl's life for the second time! We had previously been to three other veterinarians who didn't know what was wrong with our sweet girl and wanted to euthanize her because of her age. We had a feeling she still wanted to fight and live, so, just like a year ago, we made one last attempt to save her life at this practice. The vet listened to us with the utmost patience, trusted our instincts, examined her, performed another ultrasound and X-ray, and found a possible cause. Now, just 36 hours after the appointment, our sweet girl is eating, drinking, and playing again! We took her for a long walk today (unthinkable just two days ago), and she loved it! We are incredibly grateful that they listened to us and trusted us, and that our Shani will now be with us a little longer! We are so incredibly grateful that they listened to us and trusted us, and that our Shani will now be with us a little longer! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️🐶
I want to say thank you for the wonderful veterinary care my horse received. Dr. Unger cared for my horse for many years, but this January I had to say goodbye to my Ruby (a warmblood) at almost 33 years old. I also think it's fantastic that this practice offers an emergency service. My small animals are also very well cared for here. They ensure a dignified farewell for both large and small animals (cats, rabbits). I thank the entire team from the bottom of my heart; keep up the great work! 👍🫶🏼
We urgently needed an appointment with a vet in our area because our cat had suddenly started having seizures. Several vets turned us away, dismissing it as just a nightmare. Luckily, we then called Dr. Unger's veterinary practice. "Please come in," she said, "it's difficult to assess the situation over the phone." So, without an appointment, we went. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome, and the receptionist immediately reassured us. After a short wait, one of the best vets—as it turned out—and an eager trainee were already attending to our well-being and our poor kitten. Dr. Kixmöller was always ready to listen and supported us from the very first minute. Momo loves her vet and is always happy to be there, even after every single treatment. We, Momo's owners, have some knowledge of human medicine and could always rely on the advice of the veterinary practice, whether by phone or email. Both the empathetic and highly trained veterinary assistants and the veterinarians were able to help us through a difficult six months with advice and practical support. They arranged contact with the LMU Small Animal Clinic, where two senior veterinarians cared for our little Momo. Our cat is now doing very well and receives regular treatment at this practice. If I could, I would choose this practice over any human general practitioner's office. There are virtually no waiting times, whether for an appointment or in the practice itself. At no point did we feel unheard or poorly advised. Costs are discussed and explained very openly. Alternatives are presented, and we carefully consider which ones are sensible and which are not. I visited the practice one day when our usual veterinarian was unfortunately unavailable. What surprised me most was that every member of staff seemed to know our little darling, even though only Dr. Kixmöller examined and treated her. : ... Please keep up the good work… we'll definitely see you again soon, we're really looking forward to seeing the renovated rooms. P.S.: Check out our Instagram for news and updates.
5 stars – and absolutely deserved! 😄 I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice! For my two cats, Luna and Cosmo (two little personalities with a big talent for drama 😉), loving and competent care is extremely important to me – and that's exactly what you get here. The team is incredibly friendly, patient, and has a real way with animals. Even when they give offended looks or protest loudly, everyone remains calm and loving – I'm impressed every single time. Scheduling an appointment is totally straightforward and quick, which I particularly appreciate. No long waiting times, no stress – simply top-notch organization! Many thanks to the wonderful team – we feel we're in the best hands. Even if Luna and Cosmo will probably see things quite differently on their next visit 😄
