The switch was worth it. I got an appointment quickly. This vet is very empathetic. Joschi is a bit of a scaredy-cat, but it wasn't a problem at all. Even as a retiree, you can afford Dr. Soffner. He only does what's necessary for the dog. I highly recommend this vet. 🐶

A long overdue thank you in the form of this review. In the middle of the night, my dog ​​suddenly started bleeding heavily from his nose and mouth. The bleeding didn't stop for hours. Mr. Soffner was the only one who answered the phone at that inconvenient hour and—even though we weren't regular clients—immediately agreed to treat my dog. I am incredibly grateful for his compassion. From a professional standpoint, I can only say that my dog ​​probably wouldn't be alive today without him. My dog ​​had been steadily and rapidly deteriorating for weeks. I had been taking him to our previous veterinary practice (with three different vets) for regular checkups, but they couldn't find a clear cause. Instead, I was told I should accept that my dog ​​was old and nearing the end of his life. Mr. Soffner, on the other hand, recognized the problem immediately and advised me to change his medication. It hasn't even been two weeks, and my dog ​​has already gained 2 kg and is regaining more strength every day. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Soffner – his achievements are exceptional, both personally and professionally. A clear recommendation!

I've been taking my pet to Dr. Soffner for about a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Based on my many years of experience with pets, I can say that Dr. Soffner is the best veterinarian I've ever been to. He and his team are extremely friendly, competent, and very gentle with my cat. Appointments are available promptly, and ample time is always allotted for each treatment. You feel valued and in excellent hands. Such dedicated teamwork between the veterinarian and the veterinary assistant is rare – therefore, this practice comes with my highest recommendation. ⭐️

We've taken our two cats to the practice several times. Sadly, one of them had to be put down a year ago. And although this experience was very painful, we felt well cared for by Dr. Soffner. He treated us with great empathy and gave us time to say goodbye, for which we are very grateful. Beyond that, there are many positive aspects: short-notice appointments, good facilities, and little to no waiting time. Everything is excellent.
