The way we, the bereaved, were treated after our dog's death was incredibly insensitive. We arrived at this emergency vet clinic from another city with our dog, who had died on the way there. All we encountered was an annoyed veterinarian who made the tasteless comment that she thought we'd arrive sooner... It's impossible to know what went on behind the scenes to save our beloved dog and how much effort was put into their care. A certain amount of empathy is expected in such a profession...

We took our cat to the vet regularly for about a year. We always got an appointment quickly and never had to wait long. We always felt very well cared for there, and the whole team is very friendly. A solution was always found, and we always felt we received excellent advice. Thank you so much!
