I feel my dog ​​and I are in good hands at this practice. The veterinarian is competent, approachable, and very loving with the animals. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. For the first time in six years, my dog ​​has a real health problem, and I was able to come in. The team really took their time. The practice is small, clean, and kind of cozy.

Being unreachable by phone for the official emergency service is absolutely unacceptable! Even after several attempts, no one answered the phone. After a long ringing tone, I only got a recorded message saying I was calling outside of office hours. Fortunately, I was able to treat my pet myself, but that might not be the case for everyone! What if my pet had been hit by a car and seriously injured? I can't judge the professional competence of the practice, but based on this experience, I'm only giving it one star! There's a reason we have a comprehensive emergency service in Schleswig-Holstein! If I'm connected to the on-call veterinary practice via the emergency hotline, I expect them to be available at all times!

Chiropractic treatment is quite expensive (that's the only reason we went), but I don't know what other vets charge. I have to say, though, that it definitely helped our dog a lot! We have a follow-up appointment. A really nice and empathetic vet and veterinary assistants 😊👌

Friendly and empathetic. I always feel confident that my animals are in the best hands here. And recently, they've added online appointment booking and automatic email reminders for scheduled appointments, and credit card payments are now also accepted.

Absolutely not recommended! One star is too much! We had a real emergency with our dog. Based on our postcode, we were referred to this practice via the emergency service website, as it was the closest option. We called around midnight, and someone answered the phone sounding very angry. After explaining the situation, with our dog screaming loudly in the background, they simply said to give us Novalgin and take us to the vet the next day. And that was the end of the call. This is completely unacceptable, as the animal suffered all night. Even the vet who ultimately had to euthanize our dog was shocked and had absolutely no understanding for how we had been treated. Video footage deeply shocked the vet, and immediate treatment should have been provided. I can only say: stay away and find another vet.
