We are overjoyed to have found Dr. Stratmann and her wonderful team! From the very first moment, we felt our cats were in excellent hands. Dr. Stratmann works with the utmost professionalism, a great deal of heart, and genuine empathy – just like the entire team, who are always friendly, helpful, and attentive. There's a calm and loving atmosphere that's rare to find. We are extremely satisfied and can only hope that everything continues to be so pleasant, uncomplicated, and warm. We moved to Dortmund-Holzen three years ago. About eight months ago, I had to take my 16-year-old cat to the emergency veterinary clinic of Dr. Nina Stratmann. Dr. Stratmann possesses outstanding expertise and an impressively keen clinical eye for animals. She immediately recognized my cat's medical problem, allowing us to begin the appropriate treatment right away. He was noticeably better after only a short time. It's particularly noteworthy that Dr. Stratmann is always available to listen – both on the phone and during appointments, as well as between treatments. She provides expert advice and genuine care, which we greatly appreciate. Although Dr. Stratmann was actually not accepting new patients, she still took us on after the emergency appointment – ​​for which we are very grateful. Anyone whose pet is treated at her practice can consider themselves fortunate to have found such a caring and competent veterinarian.

We are overjoyed and grateful to have such a wonderful veterinarian on our side. Our French bulldog has had a few (sometimes major) problems, and Ms. Stratmann has helped her every time. You can simply feel that Ms. Stratmann and the entire team work with a great deal of heart and passion, and that the animal's well-being is their top priority. But the people are also treated with great empathy and sensitivity. All questions are answered thoroughly and patiently. Always very friendly (including the staff), consistently highly competent, explains everything well and thoroughly, doesn't try to sell you unnecessary things, can also perform X-rays and ultrasound examinations in the practice, and knows when it's best to refer you to a specialist. We've been taking our dogs there for several years now and gladly make the 45-minute drive from our home.
