I took my cat there today. I was seen immediately without an appointment. The entire practice team is incredibly kind and understanding. After the blanket in his carrier was soaked with urine, they cleaned it during the examination. The vet was very gentle with him. I can therefore highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially those with minor, urgent issues.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The treatment was quick and they did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
I took my dog there, and they took blood and did a test for Mediterranean diseases. Modern, friendly, accessible, and not overcrowded (at least not when I was there!). I wasn't familiar with the practice and I'm very impressed so far. We'll see if it stays that way; otherwise, I'll gladly share my experience! 😊
Based on my recent experience, I can only advise against this practice. On April 17, 2026, our 12-year-old Labrador was unable to stand. Since the dog had been coming to the practice every four weeks for injections for joint problems for the past two years, I had hoped for trust and immediate help. As I live only five minutes from the practice, I wanted quick assistance because, in my opinion, immediate action was necessary. The assistant tried to arrange a quick appointment with the veterinarian, but unfortunately, I was turned away. Because I couldn't carry the dog to my car, a house call at a possible appointment was also refused. My repeated pleas and entreaties, driven by my fear of losing my dog, were ignored. Two hours later, my dog had to be euthanized at another practice due to internal bleeding. Incidentally, at this practice, the right thing to say in such a situation was: "Bring the animal in immediately." Furthermore, they diagnosed heart failure, which had not been detected at the Nöske practice. I don't want to recount any further negative incidents with my cat at this point. I've found a new veterinary practice that reacts appropriately in emergencies, conducts very thorough examinations, and is far more empathetic than the Nöske practice. I'd also like to mention that the assistant was very kind and helpful. But of course, that's no use if the veterinarians aren't flexible and thorough.
