Dr. Schulze was able to schedule an appointment for our dog at short notice and was a great help! Scheduling the appointment was extremely straightforward, our dog was relaxed, and thanks to a trick I'll share with our regular vet, she barely noticed the vaccination. She felt like she was in good hands, and I found the experience very pleasant. Just not being stuck in a waiting room with a bunch of panicked animals has a positive effect on the animal.
