Dr. Ille is a wonderful veterinarian with great empathy, competence, and a very loving attitude towards both animals and people. We were seen quickly without an appointment, and our Felix felt safe in her care. He even managed to bridge the short wait during an emergency with a treat because he wasn't afraid in her office. Dr. Ille is fantastic. She patiently vaccinated and examined the vicious guest dog I brought with me on behalf of the owner. The practice is beautiful. She is very considerate. I also took another guest dog to her for osteopathy. She was sensitive and at the same time very effective in her work, taking her time. Both I and the owner were thrilled with the positive changes in the dog. He opened up so much and was suddenly able to enjoy eating with his owner again. His entire posture and display became stable, and he gained significantly more self-confidence. Simply sensational. The other ladies in the practice were also competent and friendly. The animals feel very comfortable, too!
