I discussed the results of the blood test done on November 20th at 11:23 PM with this veterinarian on the phone on November 21st. She forgot to consider the critical liver value, which was 150% above normal, and to check it. Sincerely, 😢?? I wonder where they trained?? Can no one tell me that this value is normal for hyperthyroidism, especially not so extremely high?? Incorrect diagnosis?? This is one of the most important things that needs to be done. Unfortunately, I was then able to take my cat to other vets, and sadly, I had to put her down. Without proper treatment and assessment, at 17.5 years old, she had to be euthanized. If I hadn't gone to the vet, she would certainly have lived a few more months or years. My heart still aches today for the mistakes that were made. 😥🐱😥😥 Dr. [Name], only money in mind, it's just quick and not thinking the situation through properly. The best thing was taken from me, and my heart still aches at the thought. 😢😢😢 9.3.26 😩😡

On October 18, 2023, I unfortunately took my cat to see you, which I would not do again. The overall assessment of the liver value was incorrect, the dosage was slightly too high for this condition, the T4 value was checked too late... And even after consulting me on the phone, I didn't get the correct diagnosis, the result was a poisoned liver. They wanted to start with blood pressure treatment. It still hurts me today that something went wrong and I finally decided to spare the cat the worst after spending €1,600 on follow-up treatment and determining what was really wrong with the cat, what could certainly have been done better from the start, and the cat would most likely have lived a few more months or a year or two if it hadn't been for the extensive assessment. To know for two years that you've made big mistakes is a terrible thought, a terrible state of affairs and grief... It's been almost two years now and the thought hurts every day, and seeing you all the time, with kind regards....

I've been taking my cats to Dr. Dubois from the very beginning... she's a top-notch vet... open and honest with her diagnoses, and she always continued treatment according to my wishes up to a certain point, as she truly cares about the animals' well-being... I will continue to take my cats to her practice... because I have complete trust in Dr. Dubois... I've always been able to get an appointment immediately when I've called for an emergency... she's a fantastic vet... I used to always take my cats to this practice. However, since I moved and wanted to spare them the stress of being in the car, I changed vets. Unfortunately, my BKH cat, Charlie, was diagnosed with entropion (by our regular vet, but only after several visits). He didn't want to operate on him until he was 18 months old. The eye inflammation was getting worse and worse, and I couldn't rest anymore. So I called Dr. Dubois and got an appointment very quickly. The treatment was excellent, as always, and I am incredibly grateful that I was put in touch with Dr. Grüning in Zweibrücken. Charlie has since had his surgery. His beautiful eyes are finally visible again, there is no pus, and above all, no pain for my pet. Thank you all for taking such wonderful and dedicated care. A truly fantastic team!
