My dwarf hamster had to have a gland removed. I thought he'd come through it all right. Shortly after, he was found dead in his cage. She wanted me to bring him in so she could determine why. Unbelievable. My cat couldn't breathe and her belly became very swollen. I called and asked if I could pay in two installments because my wages hadn't arrived yet. They said absolutely not. A truly wonderful attitude. Profit before animal welfare. I went to another vet who diagnosed her with fluid in her lungs and heart problems. I will absolutely never set foot in that practice again. It used to be that the animals' well-being was the priority. Now it's just whether you can pay everything immediately. With Dr. Rau, you were in excellent hands. No comparison. I give them zero stars.

I can absolutely recommend this veterinary practice! The vet takes an incredible amount of time for each animal, explains everything clearly, and proceeds with great calm and empathy. You immediately notice that the animals' well-being is their top priority. The entire practice team is also incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring you feel completely comfortable. Furthermore, there are hardly any waiting times – we've only ever had to wait very briefly in the waiting room, which is ideal for both animal and owner. A truly perfect veterinary experience – it couldn't be better! We will definitely continue to take our Mozart here and can only recommend that everyone bring their pet here. 🐾

I took my budgie there today to have his nails trimmed. Everyone was very nice and all my questions were answered. She took me on even though other vets turned me down, either because they were fully booked or not taking new clients, etc. I can recommend this vet with a clear conscience.

I liked this practice. I barely had to wait. 7 minutes, no more. I saw Dr. Kolesnikova. She was a very pleasant doctor. She answered all my questions and reviewed the information I provided. It was a little strange talking to the doctor through glass 🙄. The doctor drew my blood herself 🩸. It was quick and not at all painful, although this is often a problem. The receptionists were very polite and friendly. Due to communication difficulties, they agreed to communicate via Google Translate. This is rare. I know from personal experience. I hope our future collaboration will be positive.
