Called on a Saturday for an emergency appointment. They were able squeeze us in quite quickly. All employees were friendly. The vet was professional and was very confident in handling my rabbit. They asked to call back in the evening to update them on my rabbits condition. When I called they immediately knew which animal I was talking about and seemed genuinely happy that he was feeling better. The bill was not as bad as I expected, considering it was the weekend, we got an x-ray and some medication to take home. Would definitely recommend!

My dog had a breathing problem, a digestion problem and he lost almost 1 kg weight. I visited a german doctor in Saarlouis but he looked at the dog said the he was ok 🤷‍♀️ what actually was not true. I started looking for a russian speaking tierarzt and found Ljudmila Druzhkevitch. She checked my dog throughly - he got an x-ray, blood check, she asked about his health, studied previous x-rays i got with me from Russia. This was enough to diagnose the case. Additionally my dog had a grass seed in his finger so we had to put special schwarz salbe and onto it, and change the bandage every 3rd day. The treatment of his bronchitis, digestion ststem and his paw took about 2 weeks. Everything is ok now and my dog is happily running and playing again. Very good speaks English... They were gentle with my rabbit and was very quick in all the procedures.. they give good suggestions about the welfare of the animals
