The vet and staff were very friendly and loving towards the animal. My previous vet couldn't help my little one, but now I'm finally seeing improvement! There was hardly any waiting time, and the consultation was excellent! Highly recommended overall. We feel we are in very good hands.

I would never have another animal euthanized there.

We had an emergency with our dog yesterday. I called Dr. Köstenberger because he was listed as working on weekends. I explained the situation, and the only thing he said was that he didn't feel like driving so far. Yesterday was the small animal clinic. Hello??? I didn't have an emergency the day before. Luckily, we went to the veterinary clinic (our dog would have died otherwise). There, he was immediately operated on and received excellent care. I can only advise everyone not to contact Dr. Köstenberger because he doesn't feel like dealing with "animals" or "emergencies." THANK YOU VERY MUCH, MR. KÖSTENBERGER, FOR NOTHING

Very friendly and competent, the animal is the priority and the owner receives excellent advice. In my opinion, the best veterinarian. We highly recommend Dr. Köstenberger!

Very nice people and very friendly to the animals. It's just a shame that you can't find any information about opening hours or holidays online... That's the only reason for one less star.
