Franziska and Johanna have always been friendly, empathetic, and, above all, highly competent, guiding us through even the most difficult health-related times, making complex issues easy to understand. We couldn't imagine better advice, treatment, and care. The practice's service orientation is exceptional; you always find someone to listen and help you, and they provide support and assistance. On top of that, they also have a great sense of humor and a friendly, approachable manner. :) The on-site laboratory is top-notch, and Johanna brings a wealth of experience from her time as a veterinarian in an animal hospital. I called about my cat, and the lady on the phone managed to squeeze me in the same day! Of course, I had to wait a bit, but since I didn't have an appointment, that's perfectly understandable! The staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful! That's exactly the kind of service you hope for when it comes to the well-being of animals! The doctor was also very empathetic and took great care of me and my little darling! I am incredibly grateful to both ladies for their prompt support and professional help! I would go back anytime!
