The best veterinary team imaginable. Competent, with excellent connections to other specialists. Our cat and dogs owe them a great deal. As a pet owner, you also feel very well supported in your concerns about your animal.

For years, we've been incredibly impressed with Team Dietrich and our two cats. Franziska and Johanna have always been friendly, empathetic, and, above all, highly competent, guiding us through even the most difficult health-related times, making complex issues easy to understand. We couldn't imagine better advice, treatment, and care. The practice's service orientation is exceptional; you always find someone to listen and help you, and they provide support and assistance. On top of that, they also have a great sense of humor and a friendly, approachable manner. :) The on-site laboratory is top-notch, and Johanna brings a wealth of experience from her time as a veterinarian in an animal hospital. I called about my cat, and the lady on the phone managed to squeeze me in the same day! Of course, I had to wait a bit, but since I didn't have an appointment, that's perfectly understandable! The staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful! That's exactly the kind of service you hope for when it comes to the well-being of animals! The doctor was also very empathetic and took great care of me and my little darling! I am incredibly grateful to both ladies for their prompt support and professional help! I would go back anytime!
