A very kind and competent veterinarian. We took our dog there for emergency treatment on a Saturday, and it was very late. We were greeted very warmly, and the treatment was excellent. Even though we had the follow-up treatment done by our regular vet, we have absolutely nothing negative to report—quite the opposite, in fact. We sincerely thank her for the prompt help at such a late hour.

There is no better veterinary practice within a 150 km radius. The team is always there for you, even on Sundays or holidays, you can expect help if you contact Dr. Raschka. Billing is based on a fair rate. Nevertheless, as a pet owner, you should carefully consider whether you can afford animals. Animals are like people: the older they are, the more expensive they become. A blood treatment, auscultation, medication, and the occasional injection can cost up to €600. This should be taken into account if you are considering getting a 🐕 or 🐱.

**Nightmare in White – A Place of Horror** I'm called an animal abuser if a vet isn't allowed to GREEDILY cut open and mistreat my dog!! ⚠️ Cannot be recommended – 0 stars** I entered this practice twice, and both times I was made to feel like a criminal, a perpetrator, guilty of everything. I was looking for help, for answers – but there are no answers here, only manipulation. My bulldog has a suspicious change on his ear; I fear it's cancer. But instead of a serious diagnosis, I'm being told it's an allergy – against all logic, against the truth. They say a needle biopsy won't show anything. Then again: A needle biopsy would be good. Words like blades that cut you until you no longer know what's real. Confused, I drove home, thought things over. I mustered all my hope and made another appointment – ​​"Okay, we'll do the biopsy." One last try. But as soon as I entered the practice, they slammed the door in my face: **“We don’t do that.”** A cruel game played at the expense of my dog’s health. Instead, the cold-blooded recommendation: cut everything off immediately, without even knowing what it was. **Cut blindly.** THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! How can someone call themselves a doctor if they don’t even know what they’re doing? I paid **140 euros** for empty words, for “We don’t know” and “We don’t do that.” There’s no help here. No answers. Just a nightmare from which you stumble out empty-handed and with your trust shattered.

I was very satisfied! All the staff are very friendly, and Dr. Rashka herself was very gentle and careful with my cat, for which I am very grateful. My cat is very afraid of people, but she was able to find a way to approach him and did everything to the highest standard! The value for money is excellent; we only paid €117 for many procedures, including vaccinations. I am very happy and glad I went to this particular veterinarian. A fantastic veterinarian! She spontaneously helped our dachshund while we were passing through.
