I'm so glad I found this veterinary practice and have had excellent experiences with the team regarding my two cats. The vet is fantastic – knowledgeable, fair, and calm... even when my cat acts like a big shot at the practice and thinks he's a lion. Despite his diabetes, my cat has handled several anesthetics and surgeries very well. His blood sugar was monitored during the operations, and we made close arrangements regarding his insulin needs. This ensured he always came through the procedures well.

For me, my dog, and my sadly deceased female dog, this is the best veterinary practice I've ever been to. And that's been the case for years, as my dog ​​is now 16 years old. Having previously volunteered in animal welfare, I've also experienced many different practices. The team is fantastic and efficient, the veterinarians are compassionate and genuinely interested in the animals' well-being. I must especially commend Dr. Büttelmann, who runs the practice and is both highly competent and truly dedicated. Furthermore, as some have already mentioned, the price-performance ratio is very fair, which is unfortunately no longer a given these days. I have complete trust in this practice and am glad that there's always someone available to answer my questions quickly. No endless waiting on hold and extended opening hours. Everything is discussed transparently, and they go the extra mile to accommodate my requests. Thank you!
