For me, my dog, and my sadly deceased female dog, this is the best veterinary practice I've ever been to. And that's been the case for years, as my dog ​​is now 16 years old. Having previously volunteered in animal welfare, I've also experienced many different practices. The team is fantastic and efficient, the veterinarians are compassionate and genuinely interested in the animals' well-being. I must especially commend Dr. Büttelmann, who runs the practice and is both highly competent and truly dedicated. Furthermore, as some have already mentioned, the price-performance ratio is very fair, which is unfortunately no longer a given these days. I have complete trust in this practice and am glad that there's always someone available to answer my questions quickly. No endless waiting on hold and extended opening hours. Dr. Büttelmann has been our trusted veterinarian for over 20 years. He has a knack for building a fantastic team around him, all of whom are characterized by friendliness, competence, and empathy. Dr. Büttelmann himself is an experienced pragmatist whom we trust completely. Over the years, we have had several cats and a dog treated by him, and sadly, some of them have passed away. Currently (and this is the reason for this review), our dog had surgery for his second aural hematoma within a year, and two days later we had to say goodbye to one of our cats. That the dog's surgery went exceptionally well goes without saying with Dr. Büttelmann. What particularly touched us was the way he also cares for the person who has to say goodbye to a beloved pet. You're not just a number to be processed; you're treated as a person, and the animals are treated like family – regardless of who on the team is involved at any given time. We and our animals feel completely at ease here.
