I wasn't expecting this! After our dear old dog passed away at the vet's office last year, we talked about our future pet and were encouraged to "drop by" with our future dog to get acquainted. So we did. A quick "hello," a weigh-in, and picking up some treats. It was cool. I took this offer as an invitation and a way to solicit new patients. I guess I was wrong?! The bill arrived today. Thanks a lot, Doctor. Paid, done, permanent! I wish the whole team all the best. However, I no longer have any trust. What a shame!

It was great as always. We hope our cat is okay. The vet and the assistant were very nice, and our Moritz seemed comfortable despite the stress.

I found an abandoned kitten over the weekend and took it there on Monday during opening hours, without an appointment, because the animal had a cold and needed immediate help. The staff were very unfriendly because I hadn't made an appointment due to COVID, or rather, couldn't, as I had to work early. Next time, I'll go somewhere else where you have the option of waiting outside in emergencies until the previous patient is finished. The vet is excellent... I know that from other customers. He was recommended to me. Nevertheless, I think they could have been a bit friendlier. Hence the one-star deduction.

A very nice veterinarian. Even though he was already off duty, he took plenty of time for our cat and us. He explained everything very clearly and answered all our questions. The prices there are also affordable. Our cat needs regular medication and we have a long drive, but we will definitely come back. We felt our cat was in good hands there.

We took our cat to the emergency vet and felt very well cared for. They were incredibly friendly and kind, and the animal's well-being was their top priority!
