I love this place
Very helpful and accommodating vets. We were travelling through from England and they helped sort our ringworm treatment for our dog for our Animal health certificate and filled out the documents for an EU pet passport. Very pleased it was all so easy and straightforward.
We were there today for the first time with our cat. He couldn't put weight on one leg. Ms. Jachens immediately analyzed the problem and provided targeted help. The whole team is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! Thank you so much! 🤩
Today was our first visit to Dr. Jachens, as our usual vet is on vacation. We found Dr. Jachens online through her positive reviews. We have to say, she was absolutely wonderful, very empathetic, and extremely thorough in examining our Maine Coon cat, Gino. Honestly?! If we hadn't been going to our regular vet for years, we would have taken our boys to Dr. Jachens immediately. The whole team is fantastic and very friendly.
Since moving to Lilienthal, I haven't gone to any other vet. My cat has undergone both extended treatments and routine vaccinations and health checks there. She's always friendly and competent, and she understands that treatments are expensive, so she always tries to find the most cost-effective approach whenever possible. The other vets who cover for her are also very competent, though perhaps not quite as friendly as she is. All in all, I highly recommend this practice.
