Fantastic service and the vets are incredible and thorough. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs to reduce anxiety. Vending machine for the long waits. They could use a puppy and kitty treat vending machine though. Only downside is that in an emergency there can be a long wait and they do not directly debit from insurance companies.

We took our dog here to be neutered, they took great care of her, explained things well and communicated with us really clearly. As previous reviews have mentioned it is not cheap but when you take into account the costs for running the place, and the excellent care provided I think it’s fair.

We took our pet to this clinic for an emergency and, despite the situation, had to wait over two hours. I understand that emergencies are prioritized, but the wait was still very stressful. When we finally got in, our pet was examined and appeared to be fine. Since she was already feeling a bit better, we also asked them to trim her claws. Unfortunately, this went very badly: her claws were cut twice, drawing blood. This can happen occasionally, but twice in a row just doesn't seem careful enough to me. Afterwards, the bleeding had to be stopped. I find it particularly annoying that we were still charged €26 for this treatment, even though, in my opinion, it wasn't done properly. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this experience and don't feel my pet was in good hands there. We will definitely not be using this clinic again.

My cat Oscar had a chest infection and was in critical condition. He spent three days in intensive care and had to have his chest drained and flushed several times. He received antibiotics and intravenous feeding. Today he's completely recovered and is back to his old self, playing and cuddling like before. He wouldn't have survived without the incredible expertise of the doctors and nurses. I'm forever grateful for that ❤️ Of course, such treatment is expensive, but ending his life for the sake of money was never an option for me.
