Reviews
My cat Oscar had a chest infection and was in critical condition. He spent three days in intensive care and had to have his chest drained and flushed several times. He received antibiotics and intravenous feeding. Today he's completely recovered and is back to his old self, playing and cuddling like before. He wouldn't have survived without the incredible expertise of the doctors and nurses. I'm forever grateful for that ❤️ Of course, such treatment is expensive, but ending his life for the sake of money was never an option for me.
I've been to many veterinarians, but I've never experienced anything like this. Our dog was having epileptic seizures, which is why we had to stop here on our way to vacation. Despite the symptoms, we had to wait two hours. When we asked how much longer it would take, they offered to classify it as an emergency (so they could charge more). They could have offered that at the beginning. Then the dog was taken away and (allegedly) treated behind closed doors. We didn't see him again until we had paid the bill. In addition: • Incorrect medication, administration of a strong drug without the required initial examination • Lack of diagnostics and explanation • A complete medical history was not taken • The medical history was taken without the owners present, and the dog was not there during the procedure, making the alleged examinations unverifiable. • The consultation with us only took place AFTER the treatment (we couldn't have discussed pre-existing conditions, etc., before the examination), and still without the dog being present. Only by obtaining a second opinion were we able to prevent our dog from suffering significant health damage due to the incorrect medication. Not to mention the bill from this "small animal clinic"...
