★★★★★ 5 out of 5 stars We are absolutely thrilled with Dr. Brünnlein and her team! From the very first minute, you can tell that both the animals and their owners are truly the focus here. The entire team takes their time, listens attentively, and responds sensitively to every situation. Our dog isn't very sociable. But the practice team handles her confidently and without stress – we feel completely at ease there. This combination of genuine warmth and high professional competence has won us over: We even travel all the way from the Bremen area for this. Highly recommended!

I can definitely recommend this practice. The veterinarians and assistants are very kind, friendly, and helpful. My cats are very anxious, but the staff always finds the right way to handle them.

The doctor really knows his stuff! The whole team is very friendly. Unfortunately, I don't speak German very well, but I'm always treated very kindly here, with a lot of patience and understanding. They don't perform unnecessary tests just to make more money – I really appreciate that. My cat has asthma, and it was right here that we finally got the right diagnosis and treatment. Before that, I had already been to other clinics where, even after X-rays and various tests, they couldn't make a clear diagnosis. Dr. Brünnlein recognized the problem immediately. Now I know that my cat is in very good hands here. Thank you so much!

The vet is generally very friendly and fine for basic things. However, she's not particularly suited to rabbits. We received incorrect advice regarding the spaying of our female rabbit, as we were strongly advised against it, even though other specialized small animal vets recommend it for the symptoms mentioned and consider it a standard procedure. (According to the vet, such a procedure had never been performed there before.) Furthermore, the rabbit's companion animal was simply picked up and dropped by an uninformed colleague who arrived mid-examination. We were told not to touch the animal. The only response was a snide remark that we had to be careful, otherwise the rabbit would break its back.
