The staff are always kind and friendly to me and love my pet as much as I do. Golly these ladies are so so lovely. They took their time to care for my cat and reassure me.

Excellent! Dr. Wolff is so caring and gentle with the animals. I am new in Germany and my German is not very good, but she speaks English too. My cat is feeling better already.

My dog ​​and I were treated not only kindly but also warmly by the veterinarian and all the staff, both on the phone and in person at reception. The veterinarian patiently took her time, listened to me, and examined my dog ​​very thoroughly to find the best solution. Even though my dog ​​whined and snapped in pain, everyone remained kind and patient. The medications were clearly labeled, and everything was explained to me very well. I would like to thank you again for this wonderful veterinary experience.

I sent an email requesting an appointment. I made the appointment and drove 15 km with my dog. Upon arrival, I learned that the doctor wasn't there. Respect for patients unfortunately has a different meaning here, and there's no sign of it at this clinic. I cannot recommend it.

We took our cat to the vet today, and even though we'd never been there before and usually go to a different vet, everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. They examined our Arlo very gently and were incredibly kind and caring. They listened to everything and were completely transparent about the examination costs. We highly recommend this practice with its wonderful vet and team.
