Reviews
They gave me an urgent appointment and took care of me even though they had a patient.
The assistant was very nice, but the vet was really unfriendly. She rolled her eyes when I asked a question. When I went to pay, realized I'd forgotten my card at home, and asked if I could pay by bank transfer (as I've done before), there was a loud complaint from the back room that could be heard in the waiting room. I'm giving the assistant two stars. I won't be going back there.
It's awful when a furry family member has to go to the vet. Even worse when it's the first time. I had an appointment for a check-up for my house cat, a new patient. And no matter how upset and sentimental I was, the vet tech and the vet were incredibly well-coordinated. Cat and owner felt comfortable. The animal was examined and petted. And she was fine. Thank you for this wonderful appointment. Experiences and preferences vary. Nevertheless, both of our house cats will have another appointment. We are satisfied. I hope that future patients will have such a positive experience. But that will be difficult. We'll be back.
I strongly advise against visiting this veterinary practice. I was there last week with my seriously ill cat. Without any prior examinations such as ultrasound or X-rays, I was immediately advised to have him euthanized. This deeply shocked me. When I refused, I was even threatened with contacting the veterinary authorities, which I found extremely inappropriate and intimidating. I refused to be pressured and took my cat home. In the last few days, I was able to be with him in peace and be there for him until the very end. I am very grateful for that. I find it incomprehensible how anyone could show so little empathy in such a situation. This experience has severely shaken my trust in this practice.
Dr. Scheller and her team are simply fantastic. My dog had a severe herniated disc and could no longer walk. Dr. Scheller got him back on track! She is truly competent and simply fantastic. Since then, I've been going to osteopathy regularly. My Emma enjoys it. The receptionists are also very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend the practice. Best, Sabine and Emma
