Friendly English speaking staff. Dr Hammer is very sweet with the pets and will explain everything in detail.
I moved from Australia in February and needed a vet who spoke English. Dr Hammer was incredible. Took time to go through the differences between Australia and Europe and reviewed one of my dogs medications. Highly recommend as all the staff are friendly and kind even when I admit my German isn't good while I learn.
