Reviews
The reception area is bright, clean, and the reception nurses are friendly and calm. There is a separate waiting area for cats, away from dogs, keeping both animals calmer. The clinic is on the ground floor with no stairs. Various staff members can speak English. I take four cats here, with varying health problems. They are treated as individuals and handled with great care and consideration. I am always given clear information and advice, and feel confident when making decisions. I recommend this clinic over almost any of the others in Bremen.
Don’t think they are trustworthy. I called them to ask if they had an appointment as I found out blood in my puppy’s poop. First time they reply and not even finished to explain my dog’s problem, they close they call laughing (maybe thinking that this was a prank?) I then recall them again and they acted as all was normal. Found no support at all from their side and actually I wouldn’t even called if my vet were open.
Awesome
We took our two cats to Dr. Detmers for dental surgery and felt very well cared for, both professionally and personally. The staff was very friendly, and the cats were completely relaxed around the veterinarian. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend this practice.
