The reception area is bright, clean, and the reception nurses are friendly and calm. There is a separate waiting area for cats, away from dogs, keeping both animals calmer. The clinic is on the ground floor with no stairs. Various staff members can speak English. I take four cats here, with varying health problems. They are treated as individuals and handled with great care and consideration. I am always given clear information and advice, and feel confident when making decisions. I recommend this clinic over almost any of the others in Bremen.

Don’t think they are trustworthy. I called them to ask if they had an appointment as I found out blood in my puppy’s poop. First time they reply and not even finished to explain my dog’s problem, they close they call laughing (maybe thinking that this was a prank?) I then recall them again and they acted as all was normal. Found no support at all from their side and actually I wouldn’t even called if my vet were open.

Fantastic practice! I feel very well cared for and taken seriously there with my dogs.

Veterinarian Altemeier is simply wonderful – very friendly, patient, and empathetic towards the animals and their owners. She explains everything calmly, and you get the feeling that the animal's well-being is truly important to her. She always examines thoroughly, explains the results, and suggests sensible treatment. I also appreciate her calm demeanor and the fact that she works without unnecessary stress. Absolutely recommended! She and her team even stayed until almost 8 p.m. for us. Even though my dog ​​Tuffy probably won't be with me much longer, I am very grateful that she was given another chance thanks to her help and care.
