Very friendly staff
A lovely team and doctor. They take their time, yet waiting times are short (provided you have an appointment in advance, of course). In my opinion, the prices are normal for a practice that isn't just the local village doctor and is centrally located. Explanations are clear, and questions are answered. All in all, excellent!
We received prompt and competent help here, even though we hadn't been patients of the practice before. We were able to be there just an hour later with our minor emergency. The three appointments we've had in the last two weeks have all been excellent. The practice is very clean, you're always seen very quickly, our cat was handled wonderfully, they take the time to answer questions, and the bill is fair and easy to understand. We felt very well cared for by Dr. Biege and Ms. Bossow and will definitely come back!
I was a new patient because my vet didn't have time. I can only say that I was very satisfied with Dr. Biege. My cat had a serious claw injury, and she took excellent care of him and his wound. She also took excellent care of me. Just to emphasize that! I can 100% recommend her and her team!
