Not recommended. The staff are nice, but the doctor is simply unfriendly. Before we were seen, she made disparaging remarks about our last name without realizing she was speaking so loudly that she could be heard through the door. Absolutely unprofessional behavior.

What a fantastic team! My dog ​​was so well received and pampered. They clearly place great importance on ensuring the animals have no negative experiences. They also took their time and were incredibly friendly. My little guy even wanted to go into the clinic when we passed the building during our walk. It couldn't have gone better!

Such a nice doctor, who examined my "difficult" cat competently yet carefully and immediately gave the right treatment, so that the animal was quickly pain-free again.

"This veterinarian was the reason my friends' cat died. She refused treatment in an emergency situation, even though she was there. The children are very sad and disappointed. Absolutely heartless behavior."

Ms. Donner is a real expert on pet birds. She helped my little Eddy, who has a liver problem (unfortunately chronic), a lot. He's doing much better now. He's still very exhausted and tired, but the examination was only a few hours ago. All the necessary tests were done; no tests were unnecessary. There were no additional costs, and I wasn't pressured into buying any extra medications, supplements, or anything like that. It wasn't about the money; it was truly about my budgie. I'd gladly come back anytime. Hopefully, I won't have to, because I hope my budgie stays healthy! 🤭 The practice team is also very friendly and helpful; they're always up for a joke. I felt very comfortable and safe there. I can't understand the negative comments. Many thanks to Ms. Donner's practice team and to the vet herself. Eddie is feeling better again and will soon be healthy again. 🙏
