I was there for the second time today and I'm very satisfied. I can't understand some of the negative reviews, because the vet not only spontaneously took the time for my animals and my questions today, but she was also very empathetic and gave me good advice. The medical assistants are also friendly.
The medical assistant aggressively inserted a thermometer into my cat's rectum. My cat had blood in his stool. The stool was supposedly "examined" twice??? My cat received no treatment. I had to pay €17.43 for a phone call, plus a €10.00 late fee, totaling €27.43. I wasn't aware that phone calls were subject to charges. The medical assistant insulted and harassed me in front of other patients, violating my privacy. The medical assistant has more authority than the doctor. Very unprofessional.
I've been taking my dogs to Ms. Donner for treatment for several years now. She recently had to operate on my little Lucy; she had a completely inflamed uterus that had to be removed. I'm so incredibly happy that she survived! A huge thank you to Ms. Donner and the whole team – you're all wonderful! 😃💕
