Everyone that works in this veterinarian's office is very nice. Tanja is the best vet. She is very caring and attentive to the animals. My old dog was not doing well after a surgery and she came in every day to care for him. She also speaks English.
Since moving to Bremen, Dr.Kruse has been our go to veterinarian, and we couldn't be more pleased with her approach. Just to make a difference between the two experiences I’ve had with veterinarians in Germany - while our previous vet in Frankfurt was very good, there were times when the experience felt a bit sales-driven. Of course, professionals need to earn a living, but it's always appreciated when recommendations feel like genuine options rather than obligations. This is where Dr.Kruse truly stands out! She provides guidance and suggests products when necessary, but never in a way that feels pressured. Instead, she focuses on doing her job as a veterinarian while allowing pet owners to make informed decisions. Plus, the fact that she speaks English is a great bonus for us. We highly recommend Dr. Kruse to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional vet.
Excellent small animal practice! Dr. Kruse is not only highly competent, but also very experienced as a veterinarian. So far (for 11 years), she has always made the correct diagnosis for my small dog through differential diagnosis and always knew immediately what needed to be done. She is also very thorough in her aftercare. She is equally fair and accommodating regarding billing. Five stars are truly well-deserved for her and her staff!
