We were patients at this practice for many years with our dogs and initially felt well cared for. Unfortunately, this changed significantly with the change of veterinarian. The new veterinarian doesn't seem competent to us and couldn't provide clear or helpful answers to important questions. Our trust was quickly shattered. Our second dog was misdiagnosed, a misdiagnosis that was later confirmed by three other independent veterinarians. What weighs particularly heavily on us is that an operation performed at this practice is likely the cause of our dog's current health problems – among other things, he now suffers from mild epilepsy and his teeth are crooked. Other problems also arose after the procedure. Two veterinarians pointed out to us that, for example, the medications administered might have been far too strong for our dog's size and condition. Despite these warnings, we were met with rude and disrespectful dismissal when we inquired further. We were expected to pay extra for a repeat examination – even though it concerned possible consequences of their own treatment. And this despite the fact that we had been loyal patients for almost 15 years and were very concerned about our dog's well-being. Of course, mistakes can happen – but the subsequent behavior was disappointing and the clear reason for us to permanently switch veterinary practices. Anyone who loves their dog should think carefully about whom they entrust their pet to.

Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star :( I had only heard good things about this practice, but sadly, we were brushed off on the phone yesterday, even though they suspected our dog had a life-threatening uterine infection. Since we only have 100% comprehensive insurance coverage, we were turned away because they wanted €1000 to €1100 in cash. I personally find the whole thing incredibly sad!! That money is their priority. Thanks for nothing.

We unfortunately had to put our cat Mickey down. Dr. Wischer had time and treated us and our cat lovingly, carefully, and respectfully. I am deeply grateful for your humanity, empathy, and compassion. Thank you.

I've been seeing Dr. Wischer with my dog ​​for almost a year now, and I'm very satisfied. Appointments are easily booked through PetsXL. The reception is friendly, the doctor treats the animal lovingly and explains what he's doing. All in all, a great practice!

So, my daughter takes her budgies and cat to Dr. Wischer and is extremely satisfied. I met the doctor and his team myself; everyone was very friendly, in a good mood, and listened to you. I can't understand the lady below me who claims it's all about the money; I can only deny that. The entire team cares about the animals and their health. We highly recommend Dr. Wischer to everyone.
