It's been a while (summer 2025), but I still have to address this. I went to the vet's office for an emergency. My budgie had a paralyzed foot. It seemed to me that the vet "didn't care" about the bird's condition. He gave me medication and said, "It'll be alright. If it doesn't stop, come back." Then I had to pay a considerable sum of money, which was also incomprehensible. Well, five days later he died. We then called another vet, and he said he had amputated the foot. Several other vets had said the same thing. It seemed to me that this vet didn't care about small animals at all; my teenage daughter was devastated. Never again!
