As mentioned in my first review, we also take our new furry friend Percy to Dr. Erbing and his friendly team. So far, we've only taken him there for vaccinations, which, by the way, is a good thing, but even there, the animal is treated patiently and lovingly. Furthermore, we were given information and materials explaining the benefits and risks of the vaccinations. All in all, it's the same as before: I'm very satisfied and feel very well cared for there, and most importantly, Percy seems to be visibly happy too.

Five stars! I'd give more if I could. Dr. Erbing is a very kind and friendly veterinarian. You feel like you've known him forever. He's very gentle with animals and doesn't try to rip you off. His assistant is also very nice. I was there today for the first time with our cat Max. We've found our "new" vet for all our animals. Thank you for the informative and lengthy consultation ❤️ We'll gladly come again 😊

Absolutely amazing! Everyone is always very nice, even if our kitten isn't always particularly nice with them :) They always try their best, and you can tell that they care deeply about the animals' well-being; they don't want to rip you off. I highly recommend coming here to anyone looking for a good vet!

Very disappointed! Dr. Reinhold refused to give animals the help they needed because he didn't get along with a 17-year-old client. My pet suffered an injury today. To prevent infection and alleviate pain, we visited the veterinary practice. The staff were very friendly, but Dr. Reinhold was not. After a lengthy interrogation about whether I or my brother had filled out the form (because, apparently, our handwriting was so nice) and stories about his school days, he finally turned his attention to the exhausted animal. He pulled the rooster out of the box without removing the lid. The pain (which could have been prevented) was clearly visible and audible. He then carelessly removed the bandage, glanced at it once, and only said that the rooster's symptoms definitely weren't caused by the bleeding wound. He didn't respond to any further questions. When I asked him to help my pet, he said we could come back the next morning if the rooster was still alive. It was probably meant to be a joke, but I think anyone who has ever loved a pet would agree that this was completely inappropriate. When I asked further how we could prevent this, Dr. Reinhold said, "There's nothing I can do; I could drop dead tomorrow." Finally, when I pressed him on what we should do and whether he could examine the rooster further to determine other causes, he said we didn't have any chemicals... meaning neither I nor Dr. Reinhold. And since he didn't have any chemicals with a 17-year-old girl, he told us to leave. So he left my pet in worse condition than before we arrived at the vet's office. We drove home with a bleeding pet, without a bandage. Looking back, I realize that Dr. Reinhold, compared to other vets, didn't have a clue. That's probably why he reacted the way he did. Unfortunately, I don't see how asking questions can ruin the chemical treatment, nor why one needs chemicals to help an animal. I would strongly advise Dr. Reinhold to reconsider his career choice, as the profession requires far more love for animals and expertise than he possesses. I hope that no one else who loves their pet and considers it part of the family has to experience something like this. It was extremely unprofessional, hurtful, and not at all helpful.
