We came here this week for a second opinion because our cat was still in pain after what we suspected was a car accident, but the other vet said there was no further damage. Ms. Blessing examined him very gently and quickly located the painful area. We scheduled an appointment for an X-ray under anesthesia so that, depending on the results, he could have surgery immediately. It turned out to be a double pelvic fracture, and the little guy was operated on right away. I am very grateful to the entire team! We were given excellent information, and all our questions were answered thoroughly. The vet was very friendly and competent, and the anesthesiologists also made a very trustworthy impression. Our cat came through the anesthesia and surgery perfectly. Yes, it wasn't exactly cheap, but we are happy to spend a little more money knowing that our little darling is in good hands rather than risking a wrong diagnosis. Our dog has also been here for a dental cleaning – at 11.5 years old, he's not exactly a spring chicken anymore, but he came through it all without any problems and was perfectly fine when we drove home after the anesthesia… we've had different experiences at other practices. We'll definitely come back, but hopefully only for vaccinations and such. :-)

Five stars aren't nearly enough! Since 2018, we've been taking our dogs to Dr. Ziller-Holzhauer and her team. From the very first moment, we felt comfortable and in excellent hands. Back then, we were running from doctor to doctor with our Aslan. No one wanted to help. Only Dr. Ziller-Holzhauer finally listened to us and did everything she could to find out what was wrong with our beloved dog. Dr. Ziller-Holzhauer was also able to save our second dog, Ronja. It was never a problem that Aslan would start singing his little concert in the parking lot, and even when I later showed up with my French Bulldog, who couldn't get along with other dogs at all, they always tried to find the least stressful solution possible. Sadly, my Arthur only lived to be 2 years, 11 months, and 5 days old, but throughout that entire time, we received exceptionally competent and friendly care. Not only did Dr. Ziller-Holzhauer always give her all, but the veterinary assistants are also exceptionally friendly, caring, and highly skilled. We are extremely grateful to the entire team! Highly competent veterinarians and a truly friendly team throughout. You can immediately tell that the animals are treated with great care and affection. I can particularly recommend this practice for surgeries: My dog ​​is older, and he received incredibly careful attention. Thanks to the excellent care, he came through the procedure very well. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at the Bönen Veterinary Clinic. Our little Sam (8 years old) suffered a cruciate ligament rupture and received loving, competent, and professional care from the very beginning. From admission to surgery and aftercare, we felt we were in excellent hands at all times. The treatment was outstanding, and the entire team was always friendly, empathetic, and dedicated. Even during the approximately three-month recovery period with physiotherapy, we received constant support and helpful advice. I'm so pleasantly surprised! ☺️ After a reassuring phone call the day before, we got an appointment for our cat Amy (a Sacred Birman) today. Her nose needed to be examined endoscopically for a foreign object. At first, the size of the "small animal center" was a little daunting, with its spacious entrance area and numerous treatment rooms. However, the reception was very warm and welcoming, and we immediately felt well cared for. 👍🏻 The vet explained everything really well, and I was able to leave our kitty there with peace of mind, as she received a sedative for the examination. The prices are fair, everything is explained clearly, and around 3:30 pm, I was finally able to take Amy home. The team is truly wonderful, and if we ever need a clinic again, we know exactly where to go. 😎🙏 Thank you for everything! ☺️❤️
