I am incredibly grateful to my veterinarian! Such empathy, warmth, and expertise are truly rare. She is loving towards the animals, takes her time, listens carefully, and doesn't jump to conclusions. Instead, she takes a holistic approach and explains everything calmly and clearly. You always feel taken seriously and in the best possible hands. I especially appreciate that she is always there – day or night. This reliability provides an incredible sense of security. Her prices are also more than fair and, compared to other veterinarians, truly very, very affordable. A veterinarian with heart, intelligence, and genuine passion. Went to the emergency vet after 10 pm. I wasn't initially thrilled on the phone. But in person, he was a very dynamic, intelligent, and yet very empathetic person. Honest, direct, yet always approaching the situation with care. He took an X-ray and immediately determined what the problem could be. In our case, he immediately treated our cat with the absolutely necessary medication and advised us (also for cost reasons) to go to our regular vet the next day. We did as he did, and the vet confirmed that Mr. Rickmeyer had done everything right. Although this was only one visit so far, we were extremely satisfied despite the late hour. I can highly recommend this vet for his excellent treatment of both animals and people.

What a wonderful and loving veterinarian!!! I have a very excitable and restless dog.... My previous vet couldn't cope at all and said it was due to training.... Back then, we drove our cat all the way across Germany to Dr. Rickmeyer's practice after two different veterinarians here had given him no chance of survival due to a tumor in his nasal area. Thanks to Dr. Rickmeyer's extensive expertise, including laser therapy, the tumor was successfully removed four years ago. Our cat survived thanks to her help. He's doing well, and I'm incredibly grateful to her. I've rarely met a veterinarian who is so scientifically knowledgeable and up-to-date. I highly recommend her!
