Beautiful, modern practice. Dear team, dear veterinarian. Calm atmosphere. The best part is: she's easily reachable – by email or phone. She bills insurance companies directly. It's the only practice that accepts payment plans. And even if payment is delayed, she doesn't judge anyone. The animals are still treated, receive medication, and can stay with their owners. I really appreciate this, because she and her team truly care about the animals and don't deliberately keep them. I have two dogs myself who are very demanding and complicated to treat. Despite this, they do their best to make it quick and stress-free for everyone.

As a new client, I was able to get an appointment for my cats at very short notice, for which I am very grateful! From the very first contact, the team was incredibly friendly and helpful. We immediately felt comfortable and well cared for at the practice. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and treated my cats with great care. You can tell right away that they work with both heart and expertise. Thank you so much for the wonderful care! Highly recommended. 🐾

Having owned cats over the years and moved frequently, I've encountered many different veterinarians and can therefore make very good comparisons. I consider Dr. Sarina Köhler to be the best and most suitable veterinarian I have ever met. First of all, Dr. Köhler works extremely thoroughly, yet the animals (in this case, my cats) never find the examinations unpleasant. They remain calm and relaxed. This is due in part to Dr. Köhler's personality, and in part to her incredibly professional techniques and unparalleled skill – combined with her equally loving nature. Furthermore, Dr. Köhler always makes very careful and responsible assessments, and her diagnoses are spot on. I am absolutely impressed and convinced by Dr. Köhler as a veterinarian in every respect. I would also like to commend Dr. Köhler's entire practice team. They work together exceptionally well! All the staff members are very friendly, always well-informed, and provide fully qualified information when needed.

Excellent practice! The entire team, including the veterinarian, is very friendly and competent. I've already had two of my cats operated on there for dental problems – both procedures went smoothly. For urgent matters, you can often get an appointment at short notice. I'm completely satisfied :)
