It's questionable why this vet has such good reviews. We took our young dog there several times. Medications, antibiotics, injections, etc., nothing helped. In our opinion, they didn't properly investigate the cause of our dog's illness. It seemed more about the money. After five visits, €700 out of pocket, and still no improvement in symptoms, we decided to get a second opinion from another vet. After just one treatment, they were able to determine the cause of the illness. They also told us that vaccinations had been administered incorrectly and that we hadn't been informed about several aspects of the vaccination process. Furthermore, several errors were made in the dog's vaccination record, which only Ms. Kretschmer can correct, and no other vet, forcing us to return to this practice. In hindsight, we're angry and very disappointed.

Today was my first visit, as I adopted a small mixed-breed dog from an animal shelter four weeks ago and simply wanted to have her vaccinations and general health checked. Making the appointment was incredibly easy, and today's visit only confirmed my positive first impression. Ms. Kretschmer took her time, explained everything to me, and the entire team was incredibly kind to my little one. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything. She only had a check-up and deworming treatment, and was advised to have a blood test done in the fall to rule out any potential Mediterranean diseases. The practice itself is incredibly welcoming and offers ample parking – both on the premises and directly on the street. I immediately recommended it to a friend, as their vet is retiring soon :) The price was also perfectly reasonable (as far as I can tell).
