Always a wonderful atmosphere for my Emmi and me. I absolutely love coming here. The animals are treated with such love and kindness. And I also find it very important that they don't pressure you into unnecessary tests or make you feel guilty if you don't want something, unlike many other vets. Please just stay the way you are ❤️
I went there with an emergency and was pleased that I got an appointment very quickly. My cat also received help and recovered very quickly; the staff handled her very gently. However, both the vet and the receptionist (who seemed more like a first-year trainee) appeared somewhat unfocused, and the examination was interrupted by several distractions. The vet kept leaving the examination room and gave the impression of not being fully present. This unnecessarily prolonged the visit, which wasn't ideal for my cat, nor for me, as I was left standing around somewhat aimlessly, unsure if or when the appointment would continue.
