I took my dog ​​there for a blood test and wanted his teeth checked because it looked like tartar to me. My dog ​​was examined thoroughly; everything was explained to me at all times. My dog ​​was also shown everything required for the examination beforehand so he could sniff everything. I was then told that the biofilm on the teeth can be controlled with regular brushing. So, I wasn't pressured into paying for an expensive dental cleaning, which some veterinarians would have done. Even when choosing the blood profile, I wasn't pressured into anything extra; my wishes were taken into account, and the most affordable option was chosen. Animal welfare truly is our top priority here, and people are also treated with great empathy ☺️

I've never been so well informed about the health of my 14-year-old dog. They explained in detail and with patience why it was necessary for the little girl to undergo this very expensive surgery to treat her periodontitis. The girls at the counter were all so sweet and took such good care of my old girl.
