Never before have I received such thorough information about my 14-year-old dog's health. The staff explained everything in detail and with patience, clarifying why this very expensive surgery was necessary to treat her periodontitis. The ladies at the reception desk were all so lovely and took excellent care of my old girl.

Overall, we were satisfied with the care our cat received. The team is friendly, and Dr. Hammer is very kind and dedicated. Our cat had to have his teeth extracted due to FORL, which went very well, as did the aftercare. Unfortunately, the atmosphere suddenly changed, for whatever reason. Then, we were suddenly required to pay €15 for a certificate/proof of prescription every time we picked up his pain medication, which he had been receiving for a long time. That was strange. A shame, we think!
