When my cat Felina passed away on Monday, I called the veterinary practice, even though she wasn't a regular patient. Despite this, my grief was met with such warmth and acceptance, as if we had always been part of the team. And no, that's truly not something you can take for granted these days. I am incredibly grateful to Ms. Fechner and the young woman at reception for their compassionate support during this difficult time. Yesterday, my son and I unexpectedly found a letter in our mailbox. Inside was one of the most beautiful gestures you can receive in such a moment: a paw print and a small jar containing some of our cat's fur. That, too, is far from a given. While we were completely overwhelmed by emotions once again, we are deeply grateful for such compassion and kindness. Thank you so much for everything. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This practice is excellent! Both veterinarians and the veterinary assistants are so gentle and empathetic during treatments; you feel really well cared for there. Sometimes, unfortunately, it's unavoidable for the animals to experience a little pain, but with calm and loving words, it's quickly forgotten. Our Abby loves it there 🤗.
Today we visited this wonderful clinic for the first time with our baby. The team is very friendly and everyone is so welcoming. We were very pleased. Our veterinarian, Anna Erokhina, examined our baby very carefully, gave us advice, administered the vaccinations, and provided specific recommendations. Thank you so much! We are very happy.
