We arrived in the night from 100km because my dog was having severe stomach pain, the vet did a 3 minutes superficial examination and gave him a painkiller injection (that retails for 8€) and told us that if he still feels bad in the morning to bring him to the vet again. And for this 5 min examination with no X-ray no nothing charged us over 200€ Is absolutely shameful and my dog still doesn’t feel good! I would give -5 stars for how carelessly she visited my dog and the price that is a robbery

On 5.11 in the morning, we went to your clinic with the dog, where after an examination and X-ray, you assured us that the dog has pain in the back and injected painkillers. Upon returning home, the animal did not feel better, but on the contrary, the condition worsened, so we came a second time in the evening, another doctor examined the dog and said that he agreed with the conclusion of his colleague, they administered a "stronger" pain reliever, at my insistence they did a blood test, they again assured me that back problem As a result, the animal is worse off, a lot of time and money is lost, the diagnosis is incorrect. Not recommended if you want your pet to stay alive!

Super rude and not giving any information or costs before process

KleintierKlinik has to be the most helpful and understanding place for animal welfare with excellent facilities and service. The staff are wonderful and have a real passion for animals.
