At the beginning of the year, on the advice of my veterinarian, I took my three-year-old cat, Lui, to the clinic because she was at a loss. I am incredibly grateful to my vet for referring me to this clinic, and even more so to the entire team! I was initially hesitant because of the long drive from Magdeburg, but it was the best decision I've ever made. Thanks to the team, my cat narrowly escaped death. He received immediate care, and the waiting times were minimal. Some people complain about these in the comments, but, as with your family doctor, you have to remember that critical cases take priority. I experienced this firsthand at this clinic and was overjoyed; otherwise, my cat probably wouldn't be with me today. My cat stayed there for a week, and the veterinarians called me every day to update me on his progress. I hadn't expected this, and it gave me an incredible sense of security. There were several different doctors, but they all seemed to have done their research and were aware of his circumstances (including his home situation), which I found remarkable. All in all: Thank you so much to the entire team! I felt very well cared for and entrusted my cat's life to you with complete peace of mind. My mom said on the first trip home, "I have a good feeling about leaving him there." And she was right. He's back to his old self and has regained a good amount of weight. I've attached a picture shortly after the surgery and another of him today with his brother – I'm sure he's very grateful to you too 😊❤️

The staff at the veterinary clinic saved my dog Apollo's life. Our regular vet referred him to the clinic early Saturday morning. There were four or five emergency cases ahead of us. Because my dog's condition worsened in the waiting area, we were seen first and only waited half an hour. For non-life-threatening cases, a longer wait is to be expected (three to four hours is typical), which is understandable. My dog was admitted. The emergency service fee and the examination upon arrival had to be paid immediately as a deposit for the entire stay. This amounted to almost €400. A cost estimate was also provided to help estimate the daily treatment costs. At 3 p.m., the clinic called to say that he had peritonitis and a foreign object had been found in his small intestine, causing an intestinal obstruction. The options were surgery and euthanasia. However, the clinic advised against euthanasia, as the dog had a good chance of survival. I opted for the surgery, even though my Hovawart was admitted already weakened and almost 12 years old. He came through the operation well, and we received a call once a day and were able to visit him daily. Two days after the surgery, he started eating in our presence, and we took him home. The entire stay, including the surgery, examinations, and inpatient care, cost €3800 (including the deposit) and was worth every penny. The price is fair considering that all examinations, an emergency operation, and three days of full inpatient care were included. Luckily, we have pet insurance. I highly recommend taking out such insurance. Age is not an illness, and I would have him operated on again in a heartbeat if it meant he could live largely pain-free afterward. In this case, Apollo will make a full recovery. Thanks to the surgeons, my dog now has the chance for many more happy years. Thank you so much! 🙏

Thank you for saving our 1-year-old Ida (Norwegian Forest Cat)! She was hit by a car, and after the initial diagnosis at AniCura, things didn't look good at all. The first 24 hours at the veterinary clinic were also very difficult! But they pulled it off, and our cat gets to live and is almost back to her old self. 😇 Thank you so much... a very kind, caring, and professional team. Keep up the great work! 🍀👍🏻

I don't even know how to put my gratitude into words. When I brought my cat Mauzi to this clinic, he was having severe seizures, and I was terrified for his life. It was an absolutely extraordinary situation for me—I was completely distraught and full of worry. Mauzi was hospitalized for several days and monitored around the clock. I was able to speak to the attending veterinarians daily and was always given detailed information about his condition, the next steps, and his treatment. This transparency and the calm, empathetic manner of the team gave me an incredible sense of security. At the clinic, he was finally diagnosed with epilepsy, and his medication was carefully and professionally adjusted. Today he is doing much better—and I was able to take my cat home again. I brought in a very sick cat and got back a stabilized, well-adjusted cat. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for that. You can tell that they work here with expertise, dedication, and genuine care. Thank you to all the veterinarians, animal caretakers, and the entire team – you helped Mauzi and me through one of the most difficult times of our lives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
