As many others have commented, the main concern here is price. Waiting times are also a thing. On the other hand, it is an absolutely top notch Vet clinic. Of your pet needs to be hospitalized you can count on about 400 euros per day. The staff was amazing.

In February 2026, our Atlas was diagnosed with several tumors. We were incredibly worried, and the following weeks were very stressful, but Dr. Zimmermann gave us such a sense of security. She answered all our questions with unparalleled patience and expertise. The surgery went smoothly, and the recovery process was flawless. Part of Atlas's lower jaw had to be removed, but this doesn't really affect him and actually makes him even cuter. Dr. Zimmermann was also Atlas's favorite person at the veterinary clinic. ✨ We are incredibly grateful to have our beloved cat back by our side, healthy and well. Thank you, Dr. Zimmermann! As for the clinic itself, everyone is truly lovely and friendly. The waiting area is spacious and equipped with blankets and food bowls. The costs are, of course, considerable. Having health insurance is definitely helpful here. Also, the billing can sometimes be confusing, and after two months, we received a reminder for a missing €2.99. Compared to the total amount we paid, that's almost laughable. Of course we'll pay, but a reminder notice with additional fees is rather annoying. A simple reminder would have been more accommodating, as we've always paid everything else reliably. Nevertheless, we would come back here anytime and will continue to have our follow-up examinations done here in the future. Their knowledge, facilities, and expertise are simply unbeatable.

The University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover (TiHo) is the first place to go when things get serious. I'd especially like to highlight veterinarian Matej Pavlic, who recently treated my cat after a biting incident. You hope you never have to come here, but if you do, you'll find the best in their field here.

I took my Doberman there for surgery due to a herniated disc. The disc was removed, a spacer was inserted, and the vertebrae were screwed together. The 3.5-hour surgery was successful and without complications. Now, two days after the surgery, my dog is already walking much better than before. I would especially like to commend the neurologist, Dr. Ten Hagen. She explained everything to us wonderfully, was extremely empathetic, and completely justified our trust in her. The long journey there was definitely worth it.

I don't even know how to put my gratitude into words. When I brought my cat Mauzi to this clinic, he was having severe seizures, and I was terrified for his life. It was an absolutely extraordinary situation for me—I was completely distraught and full of worry. Mauzi was hospitalized for several days and monitored around the clock. I was able to speak to the attending veterinarians daily and was always given detailed information about his condition, the next steps, and his treatment. This transparency and the calm, empathetic manner of the team gave me an incredible sense of security. At the clinic, he was finally diagnosed with epilepsy, and his medication was carefully and professionally adjusted. Today he is doing much better—and I was able to take my cat home again. I brought in a very sick cat and got back a stabilized, well-adjusted cat. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for that. You can tell that they work here with expertise, dedication, and genuine care. Thank you to all the veterinarians, animal caretakers, and the entire team – you helped Mauzi and me through one of the most difficult times of our lives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
