TiHo-Klinik für Heimtiere

Professional, friendly, and compassionate! In short, unparalleled medical and personal care that comes highly recommended! We and our pony say a huge thank you!!!

I'm absolutely fed up! We've already spent around €6,500 at the veterinary clinic, and if you have a problem, you're always helpless (unless you're there in person). Even after 70 minutes on hold, nobody answers the phone. But they claim to work to the highest standards and be so professional! No, they're not. Some doctors are, some aren't. Phone service is a complete disaster, and emails often take 2-3 weeks to reply. What century are we living in?! This is ridiculous! But one thing works and is always staffed: the cashier. Actually, that's not true; even that's often unreliable. Go somewhere else if you don't have to. This is unacceptable, and we live over two hours away!

Please note that this is the clinic for small animals; dogs and cats are not treated here, but at the small animal clinic, and horses at the equine clinic. Both can also be found on Google. I have been a regular customer with my rabbits for many years and can only say the best. My animals' lives have often been saved here (not least because they have an emergency service specializing in small animals, including inpatient care). Thank you!

We've been taking our dogs to the Veterinary University of Hanover (TiHo) since 1995. We're very satisfied! The staff on the phone are very nice, friendly, and helpful. The veterinarians provide friendly and competent care! They even accommodated our long journey. We're grateful, and whenever we have a problem with our dog, they're always our first choice!

Department of the Clinic for Small Animals, Reptiles, and Birds I volunteer with the Göttingen City Pigeons Association and was there today with a young pigeon that has a breastbone deformity. All the staff members were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and competent. We were seen quickly, and then they took plenty of time for a thorough examination, followed by a very good explanation of the diagnosis and recommendations for further treatment.
