I am truly grateful to the POX veterinary practice and can wholeheartedly recommend them. My dog Socke had an acute emergency: a brittle canine tooth had cracked open and was causing him considerable pain. Despite this, I was able to get an appointment very quickly just before Christmas, which was an enormous relief in this situation. The preliminary examination with veterinarian Stefanie Berndt was exceptionally thorough, meticulous, and of the highest professional standard. She worked very cleanly, took plenty of time, and handled Socke with incredible care and calmness. I felt very comfortable and taken seriously from the start, and the examination was extremely helpful for the subsequent treatment. The surgery took place a few days later with veterinarian Ute Nachtigall, who also did a fantastic job. Her empathetic and calm approach to my dog was impressive. I would particularly like to emphasize her expertise: she recognized findings and saw connections that other veterinarians had previously overlooked. This gave me a great deal of confidence. A very special thank you goes to veterinary student Vanessa Harm, who provided outstanding support both before and after the surgery. Her explanations were clear, understandable, and very thorough. She took her time, answered my questions seriously, and her calm demeanor significantly contributed to me feeling well-informed and supported at all times. Overall, I am more than satisfied with how my dog was treated, with me as his owner, and with the sensitivity, professionalism, and enormous expertise of the entire team. Honestly, I hadn't expected to find such an exceptionally good veterinary practice. Many thanks to the entire POX team for this outstanding care. 🐾
We felt very well cared for at the practice. The veterinarian (Ms. Berndt) really took her time, was incredibly friendly, and very loving towards our pet. You could tell she does her job with heart. Everything was explained calmly and clearly, and we felt taken seriously. The team was also super nice. Thank you so much for the wonderful care! 🐾✨
